In addition to the qualifications listed below, years of experience are highly desirable; being bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement as we operate a Spanish immersion childcare program.

DIRECTOR (position filled, accepting resumes for future openings)
Program directors must be at least 21 years of age and possess one of the following early childhood educator qualifications: a graduate degree in child development or early childhood education with at least six months of experience, or other appropriate credentials and experience in early childhood education. Responsibilities include overseeing the overall operation of the center.
TEACHERS
Lead teachers must be at least 18 years old, have completed high school or an equivalent program, and meet certain early childhood educator qualifications such as possessing a bachelor's degree in a child-related field and having experience as a teacher or assistant teacher in an early childhood setting.
ASSISTANT TEACHERS
Assistant teachers must be at least 18 years of age and have completed high school or equivalent educational requirements.
Selected applicants are required to complete a TB test, a criminal background check, and a check of the Child Protective Service Registry to the satisfaction of the employer.
